WORKSHOP: Beginner Olympic Lifting

Introduction to the basic foundational movements of Olympic Weightlifting (Clean & Jerk, Snatch). Including squats, deadlift, presses, pulls, core engagement. Coached by Erin McCardle who has been coaching CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting for over 10 years. Coaching certifications: CrossFit Level 2, USA Weightlifting, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting.

Minimum reservation limit: 8 people
