A CrossFit enthusiast since 2014, I have been a morning Barn Strong coach since our family moved to the valley in the Summer of 2020. I use coaching as an opportunity to help and motivate people to achieve their fitness goals. High intensity training changed my life for the better and I love to share my passion for fitness to help others find a better version of themselves. My wife Megan is also a member and our three kids visit The Barn frequently.

As an athlete, coach, teacher, and adventurer, I believe you need this place as much as I do. I graduated from Washington State University, with a degree in Mathematics and balance teaching and coaching at Manson High School, and life alongside my winemaker hubby. I understand that life can get busy.  

The Barn is a place you can destress from real life, and spend an hour hunting down your goals. Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, I'm here to help you make those goals a reality.

Hi, I'm Christina~ I began practicing yoga in 2013, and have never looked back. I love the mobility, flexibility, and mind-body awareness yoga brings into my life. I also LOVE CrossFit! I think CrossFit & Yoga are the perfect combination. Yoga helps stretch out sore muscles, but also keeps us flexible & strong for the heavy lifting. The Barn is a very special place to me. The community, the great workouts, and the beautiful space is what keeps me consistent. I mainly teach Hot Yoga, but you'll see me teach a few Restorative classes here and there. I love to sweat, work hard, and it's even more fun to do it together!

Teaching yoga is one of the highlights of my life! I have been practicing for over 20 years, and I feel lucky to share yoga's benefits, inside and out, with my students. Hot Hatha yoga is my primary practice at The Barn, and my style is highly instructive. I can also be found teaching Power or Restorative yoga from time to time. I love to connect with my students, help them work through challenges, and celebrate wins with them.
